BACK NORTH

WOW.... the week that I had been anticipating for so long, just flew by, WAY TO FAST! Again... just like last time I was down, I realize how much I love my family, and wish I could be a lot closer. The thought of being back in Grande Prairie is really hard for me right now, what I would do to somehow be back home!!!

I just want to take a quick moment and thank Karyn, Caitlin and Jenny so much for all that they gave me for the little baby! We are all set for "it" to come now because of you guys! So thank-you so much, Dave and I are so grateful for everything!

So.... we got welcomed into Grande Prairie with about 3 feet of snow, and gun shots in are windows! YUCK, I honestly cannot believe how flippen cold it is, and how awful the condition on the roads are. I refused to drive on them for 2 days, but today had to suck it up and go to my doctors appointment and run errrands, what a joke though! Hopefully are new car will come before the baby arrives, it seems like the dealership just keeps feeding us lie after lie!I think I will be on house arrest for the next little while, well we wait for it to come in! OH... and the gun shots, we are not so sure about or what is going on! They didn't penetrate through the second windowpane of glass, but there are 5 holes and the windows are shattered on the outside, a little scary, and I wish we could figure out when it happened! Hopefully are land lord fixes are windows soon, I don't want to look like some crack house for to long!

Sometime it just seems so hard to stay positive and look at things on the bright side! I should be happy that I had the chance to come to Calgary and visit all of you and that my baby will be coming soon, but it is a struggle sometimes! Any words of advice would be much appreciated!

WHAT'S WITH THE GUNSHOTS?! WERE THOSE IN YOUR HOUSE?? SCARY!! IT LOOKS PRETTY COLD AS WELL!! I HATE THE COLD TOO!! I REALLY THINK THAT WEATHER HAS SO MUCH TO DO WITH FEELING DOWN!! HANG IN THERE--YOUR BABY WILL BE HERE SOON, AND YOU'LL BE GLAD TO STAY INSIDE IN YOUR WARM, COZY HOUSE!! YOU SHOULD PUT UP YOUR CHRISTMAS TREE, AND SOME DECORATIONS--LIGHT A CINNAMON CANDLE, AND TURN ON SOME MUSIC. I DID THAT ONE YEAR BEFORE THANKSGIVING WHEN IT WAS REALLY COLD HERE--AND SOMEHOW, IT MADE ME FEEL MORE ACCEPTING OF THE COLD WEATHER. YOU REMIND ME OF MY SISTER, WHO IS ALSO A FEW WEEKS FROM HAVING HER BABY. SHE'S JUST DONE!! I THINK EVERYONE GETS A LITTLE BLUE AT THE END OF THEIR PREGNANCY!! HANG IN THERE!!
